| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸的临床效果。方法将2007年7月至2008年7月采用非内固定手术治疗的73例肋骨骨折患者设为A组,2008年8月至2010年8月采用微创肋骨内固定术治疗的70例设为B组,比较2组患者疗效及并发症情况。结果 B组呼吸机支持时间、住院时间、疼痛感觉、镇痛药用量、肺不张等均明显低于A组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸优于非内固定手术治疗组,具有较高的临床应用价值。
