| 摘 要： | 目的 观察双氯芬酸钾片治疗癌痛的临床效果及不良反应。方法 选择60例轻度或中度癌痛患者,口服双氯芬酸钾片,每次50 mg。结果 总有效率(CR+PR+MR)为96.7％,其中完全缓解(CR)41例,占68.3％,部分缓解(PR)12例,占20.O％,轻度缓解(MR)5例,占8.3％,无效(NR)2例,占3.3％。不良反应较轻,为上腹不适及恶心,发生率为18.3％(11/60)。结论 口服双氯芬酸钾片治疗轻、中度癌痛,疗效确切,不良反应轻,是安全、有效且简单易行的控制癌痛的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Clinical effect and bad reaction of Diclofenac Potassium Tablets on cancer pain was observed. Methods 60 patients with mild or moderate cancer pain took oral Diclofecac Potassium Tablets,50 mg once.Results Total effective rate(CR + PR + MR)was 96.7% ,including 41 cases (68.3%) of CR,12 cases (20.0%) of PR,5 cases (8.3%) of MR, 2 cases of NR (3.3%) . Mild reaction with epigastrial upset and nausea appeared in 11 patients(18.3%) .Conclusions Oral administration of Diclofenac Potassium Tablets in curing mild or moderate cancer pain surely leads to curative effect and rarely bad reaction. It is safe, effective and easy to control cancer pain. |
