| 摘 要： | 整合素是介导细胞与细胞间及细胞与细胞外基质相互作用的重要黏附分子，其可参与晶状体上皮细胞的黏附和移行。本文综述了整合素在晶状体上皮细胞中的表达及其作用，以其对晶状体的发育、白内障及后发障的形成有进一步的了解。

| Abstract: | lntegrin is an important adhesion molecule that mediates cell-cell and cell-extracellar matrix adhesion and participates in the adhesion and migration of lens epithelial cells. This review summarizes the expression and function of integrin in lens epithelial cells and, from these studies, we have a better understanding of the development of the lens, the formation of cataracts and posterior capsule opacification. |
