中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的 :评价参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭 ( CHF )的疗效及安全性。方法 :112例 CH F患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用参麦注射液 +内科常规治疗 ,对照组用内科常规治疗 ,疗程为 2周。患者在治疗前和治疗后作 X线胸片、心胸比例、心电图检查 ,记录心率、血压 ,超声心动图测定左室射血分数 ( L VEF)。结果 :两组总有效率及控制心衰症状的时间均有显著性差异 ,治疗后两组的心胸比例、心率、血压、 EF亦有显著性差异 ,且治疗组未发现不良反应。结论 :参麦注射液在治疗充血性心力衰竭中是安全有效的。

Clinical observation of treatment of congestion heart failure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective: It is to appraise the healing effect and safety of Shenmai injection on congestion heart failure (CHF). Methods: One hundred and twelve CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection in addition to conventional therapy and the control group was treated with the conventional therapy only. The treated process was two weeks. Before and after the treatment, the patients were examined with X-rays film, cardiothoracic ratio and ECG, heart rate and blood pressure were recorded, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was surveyed with echocardiogram. Results: There were significant differences in the total effective rate, the time of controlled symptom of heart failure, cardiothoracic ratio, heart rate, blood pressure and LVEF between the two groups. Side effects were not found in the treatment group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection is an effective and safe drug on CHF.
