移栽时间对黄芩药材产量与质量的影响

摘    要:目的:确定黄芩的最佳移栽时间。方法:观察植株根部形态变化,称定根部鲜重,高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量。结果:从3月20日至5月19日,移栽时间越早,药材的产量与黄芩苷含量越高。结论:在试验处理的几个移栽时间中,以3月20日移栽最好。为提高药材产量与质量,可考虑采取地膜覆盖或保护种植的方式。

Abstract:Objective:to confirm the optimal transplanting time of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Methods:the fresh weight of the root was determined by weighing.The length,diameter,embranchment and width of the root were determined by measuring.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results:the earlier the transplanting time, the higher the yield and quality of Scutellariae radix.Conclusion:the optimal transplanting time is 20 March.The plastic film covering or greenhouse cultivation can be used for improving the yield and quality of Scutellariae radix.
