大鼠额叶皮层局灶毁损对脾细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:为了观察额叶皮层对大鼠细胞免疫功能的调控作用,选用雄性Wistar大鼠,分为左侧额叶皮层毁损组,右侧额叶皮层毁损组,假手术对照组和无创伤对照组,于术后d19检测其外周血中CD8^+细胞和脾细胞增殖。结果:假手术组与无创伤对照组间外周血CD8^+细胞无显著差异。左、右额叶毁损组外周血CD8^+细胞和脾细胞增殖指数均显著高于假手术组(P〈0.01)。结论,额叶皮层毁损可增强机体细胞免疫功能,且左右对称

Abstract:In order to study the role of frontal cortex in immunomodulation,a cortex lesion experiment was carried out on rats.The male Wistar rats were classified into 4 groups:the left cortexlesioned group,the right cortex lesioned group,the sham operation group and the control group.19 days after cortex destruction operation,the CD8 + rates and splenocyte proliferation were detected.No difference existed between the sham operation group and the control group on CD8 + rates.A significantly increased CD8 + rates and splenocyte proliferation were observed in the left cortex lesioned group and the right cortex lesioned group when compared with the sham operation group( P <0.01).Conclusions:frontal cortex does modulate the cellular immunity in rats,but no laterality changes exist.
