| 摘 要： | 目的探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗C型桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法应用闭合性复位经皮克氏针内固定C型桡骨远端骨折33例。结果全部病例均随访1·5年以上,按改良Shea评定法进行疗效评定,优良率为81·82%。结论该术式创伤较小,操作简单安全,固定可靠,术后患者功能恢复满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction and percutaneous pinning for the treatment of type C distal radial fracture. Methods 33 cases with type C distal radial fractures were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous pinning. Results All cases were followed up for over 1.5 years. According to the criteria of Shea, the excellent and good rate was 81.82%. Conclusions This procedure has advantages of minimal trauma, simple, safe and rigid fixation, which can provide satisfactory functional recovery. |
