大肠癌患者外周血中CK20 mRNA检测的临床意义

目的　探讨大肠癌患者外周血微转移的检测及临床意义。方法　应用反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT-PCR) ,检测 4 7例大肠癌患者外周血中CK2 0mRNA的表达。结果　 4 7例病人外周血中查出CK2 0阳性表达 2 7例 ,阳性率 5 7.5 %。CK2 0阳性检出与Dukes分期、淋巴转移有关而与肿瘤病理分化程度无关。结论　CK2 0mRNA可作为检测大肠癌病人外周血中微转移的良好指标 ,外周血中CK2 0mRNA检测有助于识别具有复发或远处转移倾向的大肠癌病人。

Detection of CK20 mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the detection of micrometastasis in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods CK20 mRNA was examined in 47 patients with colorectal cancer by reverse transciptase-polymerase chain reaction. Results The positive rate of CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood was 59%. The positive detection was significantly correlated with Dukes stage and lymph metastasis but no difference was found with the pathological types. Conclusion CK20 mRNA could be used as a good marker of circulating colorectal cancer cell in peripheral blood. The detection of CK20 mRNA might be useful for identufy the patients with colorectal cancer who had recurrence and hepatic metastasis.
