| 摘 要： | 作通过整体护理在神经内科实施过程中的应用与探索，进一步阐述整体护理的理论模式和临床价值。结果表明：通过更新护理观念、改变工作模式、制定护理表格和完善考评制度等．提高了护理质量使患受益，增强了护理人员专业素质．建立了新型的医护及护患关系。作还对整体护理中存在问题与对策进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper indicates the holistic nursing care by renewing nursing ideas, changing work mode, making our nursing forms and improving evaluation systems. The results showed that it raised nursing quality and benefited patients, improved nurses' professional qualification and set up new relationships of Doctor-Nurse and of Nurse-Patient. The problems and countermeasures in the holistic nursing care are also explored. |
