528例甲状腺腺瘤的特征分析

目的:分析528例甲状腺腺瘤临床病理特征。方法:将1984～2005年收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者的病史资料及组织切片进行分析。结果:564例中528例为甲状腺腺瘤,占93．62％,男女之比1:4．5．平均病程16．2个月,其中412例为滤泡性腺瘤(78．09％),多形性腺瘤9例(1．70％),乳头状腺瘤8例(1．52％),不典型腺瘤7例(1．33％),嗜酸性腺瘤5例(0．95％),单纯性囊肿87例(16．5)。结论:不同类型的甲状腺腺瘤,应采用不同手术方式切除,效果良好。

Characteristics of thyroid adenoma:Analysis of 528 cases

Objective:To analyse the clinical pathologic char acteristics of 528 patients with thyroid adenoma.Methods:To analyse and study the data of medical history and the tissue slices in the patients with thyroid adenoma from 1984 to 2005 treated in our hospital. Results:528 out of 564 patients were thyroid adenoma accounting for 93.62%,the proportion of male to female was 1 to 4.5,the mean course of disease was 16.2 months.Among them follicular adenoma was found in 412 cases(78.00%),polymorphic adenoma in 9 cases (1.70%),papillate adenoma in 8cases(1.52%),atypical adenoma in 7 cases(1.33%),acidophilic adenoma in 5 cases(0.95%)and simple cyst in 87 cases(16.5%).Conclusion:It has a good effect that different types of thyroid adenoma should be treated by different methods of excision.
