丙型肝炎患者抗-NS5抗体与α-干扰素疗效关系的研究

目的探讨丙型肝炎患者IgG抗-NS5抗体与α-干扰素疗效的关系.方法以重组HCV抗原及NS3、NS5区段多肽作为抗原,以EHSA法检测丙型肝炎患者α-干扰素治疗前血清IgG抗-NS3、抗-NS5、抗-HCV抗体及其滴度.结果α-干扰素治疗有效组的抗-NS5抗体的阳性率为80%(8/10),无效组为20%(2/10),两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05);有效组抗-NS5抗体滴度显著性高于无效组(P＜0.05);有效组和无效组抗-NS3、抗-HCV抗体阳性率及抗体的滴度无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论治疗前血清IgG抗-NS5抗体可以作为α-干扰素疗效的一个预测指标.

Study on the Relationship between the Anti-NS5 Antibody and the Efficacy of Interferon Alpha of Patients with Hepatitis C

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between IgG anti NS5 antibody and the efficacy of interferon alpha in patients with hepatitis C.Method: The recombinated HCV antigen and NS3,NS5 sector polypeptide were used as antigen,the distributions of positive ratio and dilution of IgG anti NS5, anti NS3 and anti HCV antibodies of serum of 20 patiens before the treatment of interferon alpha were detected by enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). Result:The positive ratio of anti NS5 antibody of the patients(8/10,80%)with sustained reactivity were significantly higher than the patients(2/10,20 %)with no reactivity ( P <0.05). The patients with sustained reactivity have significantly higher dilution of IgG anti NS5 antibody than the patients with no reactivity. But there are not significantly discrepancy between the two groups of the positive ratio and the dilution.Conclusion: The level of pretreatment of serum IgG anti NS5 antibody could be used as a predictor of interferon alpha efficacy.
