摘    要:目的:探讨EPO多克隆抗体是否具有对抗EPO促红系形成的功能。方法:对大鼠骨髓进行定向体外红系集落形成单位(CFU-E)培养,观察CFU-E数量,判定EPO多克隆抗体对红系增殖活性的影响。结果:与常规培养组比较,EPO多克隆抗体培养组CFU-E明显减少,P<0.01,差别有非常显著性。结论:EPO抗体可抑制EPO促红系形成,其可作为治疗高原红细胞增多症病人的药物进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:To observe whether the polyclonal antierythropoietin antibody against stimulating colony-forming unit-erythroid(CFU-E) in the cultured marrows from mouse.Methods:Marrows were collected from mouse, they were exposed to Lhasa from Chongqing for 3 months, and the mononuclear cells in the marrows were isolated for erythroid oriented culture. Then the level of CFU-E formation was recorded under the therapeutic condition with erythropoietin (EPO) or EPO and polyclonal antierythropoietin antibody.Results:CFU-E formation was significantly suppressed by polyclonal antierythropoietin antibody.Conclusions:antierythropoietin antibody is able to inhibit the EPO activity stimulating colony-forming unit-erythroid proliferation.
