| 摘 要： | 我科通过3年的实践建立外科整体护理质量控制体系，成立质量控制小组有计划有次序地解决问题，使整体护理得以全面开展和逐步深化。并逐步规范外科整体护理质量监控内容，制定具有全面性、针对性、公开性、实用性的外科整体护理质量总体评估标准，从而调动了全体护士的主观能动性。

| Abstract: | Our surgery department founded a holistic quality control system and this system has been in operation for 3 years. We founded a quality control team who deal with the problems which arise, and this enables holistic nursing care to be carried out very well, and the content of holistic nursing quality continues to improve. At the same time they make a comprehensive public practice assessment so in the surgery department the nurse will carry out holistic care actively. |
