摘    要:目的 观察黄芩苷、川芎嗪对哮喘大鼠气道壁重构和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)表达的影响.方法 24只Wistar大鼠分为4组:正常对照组,哮喘模型组,黄芩苷组和川芎嗪组.用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏制备大鼠哮喘模型.HE染色测气道壁及平滑肌层厚度,免疫组化染色测定气道壁MMP-9、TIMP-1、Ⅳ型胶原含量.结果 哮喘模型组大鼠气道壁及平滑肌增厚,MMP-9、TIMP-1表达增多,与正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);黄芩苷组和川芎嗪组大鼠气道壁及平滑肌变薄,MMP-9、TIMP-1表达减少,与哮喘模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 黄芩苷、川芎嗪可以通过调节MMP-9/TIMP1比例,减少气道壁胶原沉积和平滑肌增生而降低气道壁厚度.
