布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液对AECOPD患者肺功能的改善情况分析

目的：观察布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液对AECOPD患者肺功能的改善情况效果。方法分析我院自2011年1月~2013年1月收治的225例AECOPD患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组（113例）和对照组（112例），两组均给予常规的吸氧、祛痰、抗感染治疗，对照组在此基础上加用复方异丙托溴铵溶液，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂。比较两组肺功能变化，血气分析及安全性。结果（1）两组治疗后与同组治疗前比较，FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PaO2、PaCO2水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后比较，FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PaO2、PaCO2水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）不良反应发生率治疗组为6.2%（7/113），对照组为4.5%（5/112），两组比较，差异无统计学意义（x2=0.333，P＞0.05）。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗AECOPD，可以改善肺功能及患者气血水平，安全性好，值得临床推广。

Analysis of improved bromide aerosol on pulmonary function in AECOPD patients with symbicort turbuhaler combined combivent

Objective To observe the effect of improved bromide aerosol on pulmonary function in AECOPD patients with symbicort turbuhaler combined Combivent. Methods 225 cases of AECOPD patients in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital were analysed and randomLy divided into treatment group （113 cases） and control group （112 cases）,two groups were given conventional therapy oxygen, expectorant, anti infection,control group on the basis of Combivent,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of symbicort turbuhaler.Changes of pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and safety were compared between two groups. Results （1） the two groups after treatment compared with the same group before treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PaO2, PaCO2 level （P〈 0.05）;the two groups after treatment, FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PaO2,PaCO2 level（P〈0.05）.（2）the incidence of adverse reaction was 6.2% in the treatment group（7/113）,the control group was 4.5% （5/112）,the comparison between the two groups（x2=0.333, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion symbicort turbuhaler combined Combivent in the treatment of AECOPD,can improve lung function and blood level of patients, the security is good, and worthy of clinical application.
