中西医结合治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床效果。方法对照组采用单纯西医治疗，研究组采用中西医结合治疗，观察并记录两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组老年慢性支气管炎患者经治疗后临床总有效率高达91.18%，显著高于对照组临床总有效率76.47%，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论在西医治疗基础上，加用传统中医联合治疗老年慢性支气管炎疾病，可获得满意临床疗效，值得临床应用。

Clinical observation of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods Patients in the control group were only treated by western medicine ,patients in the study group were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Observed and recorded the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After the treatment, the clinical total efficiency of the study group was 91.18%, Significantly higher than the control group＇s 76.47%,P 〈 0.05, it had statistically significant. Conclusion Base on western medicine, combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,it can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy, it＇s worthy for clinical application.
