中西医结合治疗中晚期肺癌疗效及副反应分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗对中晚期肺癌患者的疗效及副反应分析。方法72例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组，对照组（32例）单独采用化疗，治疗组（40例）联合中药治疗，两组化疗均采用GP方案，并对两组疗效、焦虑抑郁情况及副反应进行比较。结果治疗组RR率为47.5%，对照组为40.6%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。但治疗组毒副反应发生率显著低于对照组，治疗组治疗后焦虑/抑郁状态积分明显降低，优于对照组治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药辅助治疗中晚期肺癌效果可靠，联合化疗可明显改善非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果和减轻副反应。

Effect and side effect of advanced stage lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective To explore the effect and side effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in advanced lung cancer patients. Methods 72 cases with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups followed the diffenrence treatment. Control group（32 cases）only received chemotherapy,and treatment group（40 cases）were treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy. And the chemotherapy was GP regimen. The effect and side effect of two groups were evaluated after treatment. Results The curative effect of treatment group was 47.5%,and no significant differences than the control group（P〉0.05）. But the adverse reaction rate,survival quality,anxiety/depression score of treatment group were significantly better than it of control group,there were significant differences between two groups,with （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy for advanced stage lung cancer is an ideal immunopotentiator. It combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the cellular immunity of non-small cell lung cancer patients,and reduce side effect.
