干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的效果观察

目的：探讨干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法将本院2012年2月～2013年6月收治的86例手足口患儿，根据治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各43例。对照组给予干扰素治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用炎琥宁。比较两组患儿的临床效果、疱疹消失时间、退热时间和口腔溃疡消失时间。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为97.7%，明显高于对照组的86.0%，差异有统计学意义（x2=23.56，P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿的疱疹消失时间、退热时间、口腔溃疡消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病可显著提高临床疗效，值得临床推广。

Results observation of interferon combined with yanhuning treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of interferon combined with yanhuning treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 86 cases with hand foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013,they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment,43 cases in each group.The control group patients were given interferon treated, the treatment group patients were given yanhuningon treated on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,herpes disappear time, antifebrile time and canker sores disappear time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.7%,significantly higher than the control group of 86.0%,the difference was statistically significant（x2=23.56, P 〈 0.05）.The herpes disappear time, antifebrile time,oral ulcer disappear time in the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interferon combined with yanhuning treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,it is worth clinical promotion.
