彩色多普勒超声诊断胸壁结核132例分析

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胸壁结核的临床价值。方法分析我院自2011年4月～2013年4月收治的胸壁结核患者132例，采用彩色多普勒超声、X线及CT进行相关性对比研究。结果（1）超声与X线确诊为胸壁结核者分别为89.4%（118/132），76.5%（101/132）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（x 2=7.735，P＜0.01）。（2）超声2与CT确诊为胸壁结核者分别为89.4%（118/132），93.2%（123/132），两组比较有统计学意义（x=1.188，P＞0.05）。（3）实性结节40.2%；囊性结节型1.5%；混合性结节58.3%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断胸壁结核诊断率与CT相比不具有临显著性差异，与X线相比较，诊断率显著升高。同时彩超可确定胸壁结核位置、大小、及与病灶周围情况，是临床确诊胸壁结核的有效方法。

Analysis of 132 cases with color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of chest wall tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of chest wall tuberculosis. Methods 132 chest wall tuberculosis in our hospital from 2011 April to 2013 April were treated and studied of comparative correlation by color Doppler ultrasound, X-ray and CT comparative. Results （1） The chest wall tuberculosis diagnosed by Ultrasound and X-ray were 89.4% （118/132） and 76.5% （101/132）. There was statistically significant between two groups （x2=7.735, P 〈 0.01）. （2） The chest wall tuberculosis diagnosed by Ultrasound and CT were 89.4% （118/132） and 93.2% （123/132）, There was statistically significant between two groups （x2=1.188, P〉 0.05）. （3） There were solid nodules（ 40.2%）, cystic nodules （1.5%） and mixed nodules（58.3%）. Conclusion The diagnostic rate of Color Doppler ultrasound compared with CT do not have the significant difference.The diagnostic rate of ultrasound with X-ray is significantly increased. Ultrasound can determine the chest wall tuberculosis position, size, and surrounding conditions, is an effective method for clinical diagnosis of chest wall tuberculosis.
