| 摘 要： | 卒中严重威胁人类健康，高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率给全球带来沉重的疾病负担。卒
中流行病学研究，除应用经典的研究设计进行现场调查外，近年来，在已发表文献的基础上进行二
次研究备受关注。利用世界疾病负担报告及发表的相关文章，应用特定的模型和估算方法，可得到世
界范围的卒中发病率、患病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年（disability-adjusted life years，DALYs）及影响
因素危险度。本文针对已发表的医学文献进行卒中流行病学研究的文章综述。

| Abstract: | Stroke is one of the diseases that threaten to human health, and people suffer huge disease burden because of its high incidence, prevalence and mortality. Besides classical epidemic designs, there is a trend of using published literatures to study the epidemiology of stroke. Using special disease model and method to analyze world burden of disease report and related articles, we can obtain the incidence, prevalence, mortality, disability-adjusted life years and risk factors of stroke. The purpose of this article is to review publications using published literatures to study stroke epidemiology. |
