门诊口腔科医院感染隐患因素现状调查

目的：了解我市医疗机构门诊口腔科医院感染隐患因素的现状。方法对26所医疗机构门诊口腔科引发医院感染的隐患因素进行调查。结果医院感染隐患因素存在：设备的配置不健全、操作程序不规范、工作人员的防护意识淡漠、专业知识缺乏、医用材料的使用方法不当。结论各级医疗机构要重视口腔科院感管理工作，加大督查及制度落实力度，保证患者医疗安全。

Investigation on risk factors of nosocomial infection in outpatient service of stomatology

Objective To investigate the risk factors of nosocomial infection in outpatient service of stomatology in Wuhan. Methods All the potential risk factors in outpatient service of stomatology in 26 hospitals were investigated. Results Risk factors of nosocomial infection were identified, that is, deficient facilities, nonstandard operational procedure, lack of professional knowledge and occupational hazards, inappropriate use of medical materials. Conclusion Medical institutions at all levels should attach importance to the management of nosocomial infection in department of stomatology and strengthen supervision and implementation to guarantee the safety of patients.
