脊柱转移瘤MRI与CT诊断的临床价值分析

目的探讨采用MRI与CT诊断脊柱转移瘤的临床价值。方法分别采用MRI及cT影像学方法对2010年8月～2013年8月期间来我院诊治的78例脊柱转移瘤患者进行检查，采用统计学方法分析两种诊断方法的敏感性、各种病变例数、受累椎骨节数、压缩椎骨节数、椎管及椎旁软组织肿块数。结果MRI检查脊柱转移瘤的诊断敏感性与采用CT检查的结果比较明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。MRI检查判断脊柱转移瘤患者中各种病变例数、受累椎骨节数及椎管及椎旁软组织肿块数与CT检查的结果比较都明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两种检查方法中的压缩椎骨节数相近，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论采用MRI诊断脊柱转移瘤患者的诊断阳性率高于CT诊断，该种诊断方法有较高的敏感性，在脊柱转移瘤的诊断中MRI可以作为一种首选的方法。

Analysis on the clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of spinal metastases

Objective To explore the clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of spinal metastases. Methods 78 cases of spinal metastases who were treated in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2013 were examined by using MRI and CT imaging methods, and the sensitivity, number of cases with various diseases, number of affected vertebrae, number of compression vertebrae, number of vertebral and paravertebral soft tissue mass of the two diagnostic methods were analyzed by using the statistical methods. Results Compared with by the CT scan, the diagnostic sensitivity of spinal metastases by the MRI examination was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with by the CT scan, the number of cases with various diseases, number of affected vertebrae, number of vertebral and paravertebral soft tissue mass of spinal metastases by the MRI examination was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The difference was not statistically significant in the number of compression vertebrae between the two kinds of inspection methods（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of diagnosis on spinal metastases by the MRI examination is higher than that by the CT scan, and MRI has higher sensitivity, and can be used as a preferred＇method in the diagnosis of spinal metastases.
