分析前因素对生化检验质量的影响

摘    要:目的:分析前因素对生化检验质量的影响。方法选取我院住院患者28例,采用全自动化生化分析仪对不同的样本进行多项目生化检测,将结果进行比较分析。结果6项生化检测结果会因采血部位不同有较大的波动,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溶血标本及正常标本K+、Cr、DB、AST、ALT、CK、LDH均有较大差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清分离不同时间对Cr、CLU、ALT、AST指标均有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验前对检验结果的影响因素较多,采用正确的采样方式可避免异常结果的产生,提升检验质量,更好的为临床提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the impact of pre-analytical factors on the biochemical test quality. Methods Biochemical tests were conducted on the samples of 28 hospitalized patients in our hospital by automatic biochemical analyzer. The results were compared and analyzed. Results 6 items of biochemical tests varied with the site of blood collection, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The hemolytic specimens and normal specimens had differences with regard to K+, Cr, DB, AST, ALT, CK and LDH, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The serum separation time had impact on Cr, CLU, ALT and AST, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The results of biochemical tests were affected by many pre-analytical factors. Application of the correct sampling approach can avoid abnormal results, improve test quality and provider more valuable reference for clinical practice.
