| 摘 要： | 目的：采用色谱法对二陈汤配方颗粒剂与传统煎剂中的化学成分进行比较，建立配方颗粒剂的定性鉴别方法。方法：用不同溶剂提取的部位，采用TLC、GC、HPLC及氨基酸分析仪对其配方颗粒与传统煎剂中化学成分进行定性鉴别比较。结果：配方颗粒剂与传统煎剂的色谱图基本一致。结论：此法准确、简便，可作为配方颗粒剂与传统煎剂的鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To comparisive diffenents of chemical constituents from compatible granule and traditional decoction of Er Chen Tang. Methods:To analyse chemical constituents in compatible granule and traditional decoction of Er Chen Tang by TLC.GC and HPLC. Results:The chemical constituents are basic identical in two forms of Er Chen Tang. Conclusion:The menthods are accurate and simple,and can be used for distinguishing from compatible granule and traditional decoction of Er Chen Tang . |
