342例自杀病例的统计分析

目的 自杀行为的实施违反了生物的自我保护意识，且与社会发展的方向相违背，它是不良社会环境与个人适应不良相互作用的产物，为提高生活质量，加强心理卫生指导，对自杀病例发生的影响因素进行分析。方法 通过双342例自杀病例分析，从自杀者的职业、文化程度、性格等几方面，以及自杀原因、自杀方式、重复自杀等特点，论述了自杀者的各种不同背景。结果 显示：①自杀存在一定的高危因素，社会因素和个人因素是导致自杀行为的两大因素；②自杀者心理行为主要有以下特点：自杀者以中青年为主；自杀方式和自镣原因存在性别差异；自杀行为以纠纷或挫折为主；自杀行为有一定的重复率；③社会弱势人群（低学历、低收入人群）的自杀比例较高。结论 加强自杀行为的危机干预、心理和药物治疗具有重要意义。

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF 342 CASES OF COMMIT SUICIDE

The behavior of suicides disobey the self keeping consciousness of living beings and the development direction of society. It is the interaction product of bad social milieu and individual unadapt to the society. In order to exaltating the living quality, people should enhance the mental hygiene direction and analysis the influence factor of suicide case. Method We reviewed 342 suicide cases from several aspects of occupation culture degree and personality of suicide and analyzed commit suicide from the reason, way and repetition characteristics, We discussed the different kind of background. Results (1) There is some high risk dangerous factor in commit suicides, ie. social factor and individual factor; (2) There is some characteristics of suicides'mental and behavior, the most suicides exist in middle-age and youth; there is sexual difference in the ways and reasons of suicides; the dispute or frustrate is the principle suicides' behavior; there is certain repetition rate of suicide behavior. (3) There is higher proportion of commit suiciding of social minority crowd ( crowd of low educational background, low income). Conclusion We should enhance the behavior interferes and mental cure and medication to commit suicide.
