| 摘 要： | 针对膀胱贮藏津液生理功能在中医基础理论教学中未有得到应有重视的现状,通过研究古今文献,特别是《内经》对膀胱生理功能的论述以及历代医家的注解与阐释,分析膀胱基本生理功能;同时结合现代临床研究,分析膀胱与脾、肺、肾在津液输布、排泄过程中的关系和相互作用。结果认为,膀胱基本生理功能为贮藏津液,衍化生理功能为参与调节津液的输布与排泄,膀胱的贮藏津液与脾的运化水液、肺的宣发肃降、肾的蒸腾气化相辅相成,共同完成人体津液的生成、输布、代谢与排泄过程,强调了膀胱贮藏津液在津液代谢过程中的重要影响。
