小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效分析

目的:分析小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:将2012年3月-2013年4月来我院治疗的74例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予传统手术方式治疗,实验组给予小切口阑尾切除术治疗。结果:实验组患者的手术操作时间和术后恢复时间明显短于对照组(P0.05);实验组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组(P0.05);实验组患者的不良反应率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对急性阑尾炎患者给予小切口阑尾切除术治疗,能够显著缩短手术操作、术后恢复时间,减少术中出血量,降低不良反应率,值得推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Effects of Small Incision Appendectomy on Acute Appendicitis

Objective To analysis the clinical effects of small incision appendectomy on acute appendicitis. Methods 74 cases of patients in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013 with acute appendicitis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group was treated with traditional operation mode, the experimental group was given small incision appendectomy. Results The operation time and postoperative recovery time for experimental group was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the amount of bleeding in operation for experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; adverse reaction of patients in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The small incision appendectomy on treating patients with acute appendicitis, can significantly shorten the recovery time of operation, postoperative, less bleeding, reduce the adverse reaction rate, worthy of promotion.
