剖腹产手术预防性应用抗生素的临床效果分析

目的:对剖腹产手术患者预防性应用抗生素的临床效果进行分析研究。方法:从我院实施剖腹产手术进行治疗患者中选取84例,并按照使用抗生素的方法将其分为治疗组(术中预防性应用抗生素)和对照组(术后使用抗生素),均为42例,对比两组患者愈合状况、感染率、住院时间和住院费用。结果:对比两组患者手术伤口愈合状况、感染率及住院时间没有明显差异性,P0.05;对比两组患者住院费用,治疗组患者住院费用显著低于对照组患者的,P0.05。结论:剖腹产术中预防性使用抗生素可有效促使患者早日康复,降低患者住院费用。

The Clinical Effect Study of Cesarean Section by Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics

Objective To study the clinical effect of cesarean section by use of prophylactic antibiotics. Methods 84 cases undergoing caesarean operation in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 42 patients in each, one was treating group with prophylactic antibiotics and the other was control group with post- operational antibiotics. The surgical wound healing, the infection, the length of stay, and the cost were compared and analyzed between two groups. [Results The two groups＇ surgical wound healing, infection rate and length of stay had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, while the costs for treating group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The preventive use of antibiotics in cesarean section can effectively make patients recover at an early date, reduce hospitalization costs.r.
