人工全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎30例临床分析

目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法选择30例强直性脊柱炎患者为研究对象,给予人工全髋关节置换术治疗。观察治疗前后患者髋关节功能改善情况,疼痛改善情况,术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗后髋关节Harris评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后疼痛程度显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用人工髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎,患者髋关节功能改善显著,疼痛状况明显缓解,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TOTAL HIP ARTHROPLASTY TREATED 30 CASES OF ANKYLOSING SPON-DYLITIS

Objective To study the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Totally 30 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were selected as the research subjects,artificial total hip replacement therapy were used.Improvement of hip joint function,pain and the postoperative complications were observed before and after treatment.Results Harris hip score was significantly higher after treatment than before,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Degree of pain after treatment was significantly better than before,the difference was also statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with ankylosing spondylitis treat with hip arthroplasty shows a significant improvement on the hip function,an evident pain relief and less postoperative complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
