椎板开窗与全椎板切除治疗中央型腰间盘突出症的疗效比较

目的:分析比较椎板开窗与全椎板切除治疗中央型腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的62例中央型腰间盘突出症患者临床资料。结果:17例采用全椎板切除间盘摘除术治疗的患者优良率为82.4%,45例患者采用单侧椎板开窗或半椎板切除间盘摘除术或双侧椎板开窗间盘摘除术治疗的患者优良率为95.6%。结论:在治疗中央型腰间盘突出症时,应根据患者的具体疾病类型选择具体的手术方法。

The Clinical Experience of Fenestration and Laminectomy Methods for the Treatment of Central Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To explore and give the clinical experience to treat central lumbar disc herniation by using laminectomy and laminectomy methods. Methods 62 treated cases with central lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Results The good rate for 17 cases using laminectomy disc excision therapy was 82.4 %, while the good rate for 45 patients with unilateral or semi-laminectomy laminectomy disc excision or bilateral laminectomy disc removal treatment was 95.6 %. Conclusion The treating method for central lumbar disc herniation should be selected depending on the specific type of disease.
