摘    要:目的探讨孕期保健操及系统健康教育对分娩过程及产后抑郁的影响,为孕期保健提供依据。方法选择2013年3—9月在产科门诊行产前检查建档的孕妇,分成三组:观察1组、观察2组和对照组各100名,观察1组每天做操1次、每次30min,观察2组每天做操2次、每次30min,对照组不做操。比较三组孕妇孕产期焦虑与抑郁情况、分娩方式的差异。结果三组孕妇中每天做操2次的观察2组孕妇在SDS评分和SAS评分、产后抑郁症的发生率、剖宫产率方面最低,每天做操1次的观察1组孕妇次之,对照组最高,三组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察1组与观察2组之间差异无统计学意义。结论孕期保健操及系统健康教育可减少孕期焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低产后抑郁的发生,降低剖宫产率,有助于自然分娩。推荐孕妇每天进行1~2次,每次30min的孕期保健操锻炼。

EFFECT OF HEALTH PROTECTION EXERCISE IN PREGNANT PERIOD AND SYSTEMATIC HEALTH EDUCATION ON DELIVERY PROCESS AND POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of health protection exercise in pregnant period and systematic health education on delivery process and postpartum depression,and afford the evidence about pregnant health care.Methods From March 2013 to September 2013 in author's hospital,300 pregnant women who were examined and established record in obstetrical clinic were randomly divided into three groups,100 cases in each group.The pregnant women in experimental groupⅠ were exercised 30 minutes once a day and the pregnant women in experimental groupⅡ were exercised 30 minutes twice a day,while the pregnant women in control group were not exercised.The differences of pregnant women were compared in anxiety,depression and delivery mode among three groups.Results The pregnant women in experimental groupⅡ were exercised twice a day were the lowest on the SDS score and SAS score,the incidence of postpartum depression and the rate of cesarean section.The pregnant women in experimental groupⅠ were exercised once a day were lower,the pregnant women in control group were the highest.There were statistically significant difference among three groups(P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental groupⅡ.Conclusion The health protection exercise in pregnant period and systematic health education can reduce anxiety and depression during pregnancy,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression and the rate of cesarean section,it is contribute to the natural childbirth.Recommended for pregnant women should be take an exercises during pregnancy 1-2 times a day,each time for 30 minutes.
