注射用泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的:观察注射用泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:选取60例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组和参考组,各30例。观察组采用泮托拉唑治疗,参考组法莫替丁治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为70%。观察组治疗效果优于参照组(P0.05);治疗期间无严重不良反应。结论:泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血疗效显著,安全有效。

Observation of the Clinical Curative Effect of Vial Pantoprazole on Patients with Peptic Ulcer Combining with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of vial pantoprazole on Patients with Peptic Ulcer Combining with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding. Methods 60 peptic ulcer patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and reference group with 30 cases each. The observation group was treated with pantoprazole, while the reference group was treated with famotidine. Results The total curative rate was 93.3 % for observing group, 70 % for reference group. The effect of observation group is better than the reference group （P 〈 0.05）, and no serious adverse events was found during treatment. Conclusion Pantoprazole for treating peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has obvious clinical curative effect, which is safe and effective.
