营养状况评估对于晚期结肠癌患者护理干预效果的影响

摘    要:目的研究营养状况评估对于晚期结肠癌患者护理干预效果的影响。方法将2012年9月—2013年12月我院肿瘤科收治的晚期结肠癌患者80例纳入研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为常规护理的对照组和根据营养状况评估进行护理干预的观察组,比较二组患者NRS-2002评分、营养状况指标。结果观察组潜在或存在营养风险(25%)明显低于对照组;ALB(32.48±5.22)g/L、TF(2.28±0.35)g/L、PA(142.86±21.83)mg/L、IgG、IgM、IgA水平(12.18±1.98、1.63±0.24、1.93±0.36)g/L等均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在营养状况评估的基础上进行护理干预有助于改善营养状况,提高免疫功能,降低营养风险,有利于术后恢复。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of nutritional status assessment on nursing intervention in patients with advanced rectal cancer.Methods Patients with advanced rectal cancer in general surgery department of The Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from September 2011 to December 2013 were enrolled and divided into control group given routine nursing care and observation group given nutritional status assessment combined with nursing intervention.Results Potential risk or nutritional risk (25%)in observation group were significantly lower than control group.In observation group,ALB(32.48±.22)g/L,TF(2.28±0.35)g/L,PA(142.86±21.83)mg/L,IgG,IgM,IgA level(12.18±1.98,1.63±0.24,1.93±0.36)g/L were also significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention base on nutritional status evaluation is helpful to improve the nutritional status,improve immune function,reduce the risk of nutrition.It is beneficial to the postoperative recovery.
