普伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及安全性评估

目的：评估普伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及安全性，为临床用药提供参考信息。方法将98例冠心痛心绞痛住院患者根据治疗方案分为三组，A组34例采用丹红注射液治疗， B组32例采用普伐他汀治疗，C组32例采用普伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗，比较三组治疗方案的临床效果及安全性。结果治疗前三组患者的心绞痛发作次数间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗后C组心绞痛发作次数为（2．9±0．6）次，明显少于A、B组的（4．7±1．0）次、（4．5±1．3）次（P＜0．05）；治疗后C组血脂水平与A、B组比较下降明显（P＜0．05）；治疗过程中三组的药物不良反应发生率为2．9％、9．4％、6．3％，组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），随访期间C组患者心血管事件发生率为3．1％，明显低于A、B组的26．5％、25．0％（ P＜0．05）。结论普伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛改善临床症状及降胆固醇作用明显，且无严重不良反应、减少了心血管事件的发生，临床效果满意、安全性好。

EVALUATION OF CLINICAL EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF PRAVASTATIN AND DANHONG INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Pravastatin and Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris ,and provide a reference for clinical information .Methods Totally 98 cases of hospitalized patients with angina pectoris were divided into three groups according to the treatment pro-gram ,34 cases of group A were treated by Danhong injection ,32 cases of group B were treated by Pravas-tatin ,32 cases of group C were treated by Pravastatin and Danhong injection ,the clinical efficacy and safe-ty of three groups were compared .Results Before treatment ,the angina attack frequency of three groups had no significant difference （P〉0 .05） ,the angina attack frequency of group C after treatment was （2 .9 ± 0 .6） times ,significantly less than （4 .7 ± 1 .0） times ,（4 .5 ± 1 .3） times of group A and B （P〈0 .05） . After treatment ,the lipid levels of group C was significantly decreased than group A and B （P〈0 .05）;the adverse drug reactions of three groups during the treatment were 2 .9% ,9 .4% and 6 .3% ,there were no significant differences （P〉 0 .05） .Followed -up in 6 months ,the incidence of cardiovascular events of group C was 3 .1% ,significantly lower than 26 .5% ,25 .0% of group A and B （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Pravastatin and Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris has significant effect of improve clini-cal symptoms and cholesterol-lowering ,and no serious adverse reactions ,reducing the incidence of cardio-vascular events ,it has satisfactory clinical results and good safety .
