心理干预联合耳穴压豆治疗儿童多发性抽动症临床观察

目的:观察心理干预联合耳穴压豆治疗多发性抽动症的临床效果。方法:将多发性抽动症患儿82例按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各41例。对照组采用常规治疗加基础护理,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加心理干预联合耳穴压豆。比较治疗前与治疗3个月后2组患儿临床症状及体征的发生率。结果:治疗3个月后试验组患儿在不自主眨眼、不自主清嗓、发声、易急躁的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:心理干预联合耳穴压豆有助于改善多发性抽动症患儿的临床症状。

Clinical Observation on Psychological Intervention Combined with Auricular Pressure in the Treatment for the Children with Tourette Syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of psychological intervention combined with auricular pressure in treating the children with Tourette syndrome (TS). Methods: All 82 TS children were allocated to the study group and the control group according to random number table method, 41 cases each group. The control group adopted routine treatment and basic care, and the study group accepted psychological intervention combined with auricular pressure on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, the incidence of body signs and clinical symptoms of the children were compared before treating and in three months after treating between both groups. Results: The study groups was lower than the control group in the incidences of involuntary blinking, involuntary hawking, phonation and being irritable, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with auricular pressure is helpful to improve clinical symptoms of TS children.
