妊娠期糖尿病对子代的影响

近年来,妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发病率在全球各地都呈逐年上升趋势,人们对GDM的认识水平和重视程度也不断提高。GDM可对患者及其子代产生多种不良影响。目前国内外已有很多关于GDM对患者的影响和对其子代近期影响的研究,但有关GDM对患者的子代远期影响的研究还相对缺乏。本文在综合了国内外近几年研究报道的基础上,总结了GDM对患者子代各个生命阶段的影响及其相关因素。

Effects of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Offspring

With the global increasing prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM),more and more attention has been paid to the effects of GDM on mothers and their offspring.A lot of studies home and abroad are carried out on effects of gestational diabetes mellitus on patients themselves and short-term effects on their offspring.However,the studies on long-term effects are very deficient.Few studies abroad tell that exposition of fetal tissues to diabetic maternal environment can be translated into an increasing risk of development of obesity,impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes in later life.In the light of the latest relating researches,this paper briefly reviews the short-term and long-term complications that occur in offspring of gestational diabetic mothers from fetus or neonate to childhood or even to adulthood,and the correlated factors of these complications.
