| 摘 要： | 目的比较双源CTA断层和三维重建图像及DSA在主动脉腔内支架置入前的价值。方法将本院做过双源CT主动脉造影及主动脉腔内支架置入术48例主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,术前分别对CT断层图像、三维重建和DSA的各项相关参数进行对比分析。结果双源CT断层上所测量的主动脉弓直径及破裂口距左锁骨下动脉距离均小于DSA结果 ;三维重建所测量以上各项参数与DSA结果很接近,并能清楚显示主动脉夹层分离的破裂口,而断层图像上不易发现破裂口;双源CT断层图像和三维重建在显示主动脉附壁血栓、真假腔及钙化等方面均优于DSA。结论综合分析双源CT断层和三维重建图像可作为主动脉腔内支架置入术前的主要依据。
