医院感染现患率调查分析

目的了解我院医院感染现患情况,进一步提高全院医务人员的医院感染控制意识,评价医院感染控制工作。结果调查住院患者329人,医院感染现患率为3·6%;综合重症监护室现患率25·0%;下呼吸道感染占33·3%;抗生素使用率53·7%;神经内、外科病种、神志不清、气管切开、尿道插管等是医院感染的高危因素。结论神经内、外科系统为感染高发科室,加强对有较严重基础疾病患者的监控,合理使用抗生素对降低医院感染率,减轻患者经济负担有着重要意义。

INVESTIGATION OF THE PREVALENCE RATE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF OUR HOSPITAL

Objective To know the real condition of the prevalence of nosocomial infection in our hospital,in order to enhance the conscious of nosocomial infection control in whole staff, so that this work will be done well. Methods To survey the condition of hospitalized patients who account for 329. Results The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection is 3.6% ; that in synthetic ICU is 25.0% ; lower respiratory tract infection rate is 33.3% ; antibiotics use rate is 53.7% ; the high risk factors are patients with neurological or neurosurgical disease, with undergoing traeheotomy or urethral catheterization and so on. Conclusion Pay attention to neurology and neurosurgery department with high prevalence, strengthen the monitoring of patients with severe basic disease, reasonable use of antibiotics will decrease the prevalence of nosecomial infection and the economic burden of patients.
