摘    要:本文利用放射免疫分析方法,测定了蒙古种沙土鼠急性脑缺血不同时程大脑皮层等4个脑区AVP 含量的动态变化。结果表明,大脑皮层等缺血脑区AVP 含量明显升高,而没有明显缺血的桥延部AVP 含量变化不明显。提示脑内AVP 含量的变化和急性脑缺血关系密切,在缺血性脑损伤的病理生理过程中,AVP 可能具有重要作用。

Abstract:Dynamic changes of arginine vasoprcssin (AVP)in brain regions of Mongolian gerbils were measured by radioimmunoassay in acute cerebral ischemia. It was found that the concentration of AVP in ischemie brain regions increased remarkably during the time of cerebral ischemia,while the concentration of AVP showed no change in pons-medulla region which was not affected from ischemia. It is suggested that AVP might participate in the pathophysiolgoical processes of cerebral ischemia.
