| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨p16基因甲基化及蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况.方法 应用甲基化特异性PCR法(MS-PCR)及免疫组化SP法检测45例非小细胞肺癌组织、21例肺良性疾病组织中p16基因甲基化及蛋白的表达情况.结果 肺良性疾病中p16基因甲基化阳性率低于癌组织,差异有显著性(P=0.001),p16基因甲基化与非小细胞肺癌细胞分化程度及淋巴结转移情况有明显的相关性(P<0.05);肺良性疾病中p16蛋白阳性率高于癌组织,差异有显著性(P=0.007);p16蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌临床分期、细胞分化程度及淋巴结转移情况有明显的相关性(P<0.05).p16甲基化和p16蛋白表达缺失存在相关性(P=0.004).结论 p16基因甲基化及蛋白的表达情况与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展有关.
