| 摘 要： | 目的分析卡马西平治疗小儿癫痫的血药浓度监测结果，探讨临床合理用药。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法，对168例服用卡马西平的癫痫患儿进行血药浓度监测，并观察临床疗效。结果血药浓度在小于4μg／mL、4～12μg／mL和大于12μg／mL治疗范围内的构成比分别为22．02％，76．19％和1．79％。结论血药浓度监测可为临床医师合理应用卡马西平提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the results of serum carbamazepine monitoring in epilepsy children and to explore its rational clinical therapy. Methods The serum concentration of carbamazcipine was determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay （FPIA） in 168 epileptic patients taking carbamazepine. The results and the therapeutic effect were analyzed. Results In the range of serum carbamazepine concentration 4- 12μg/mL, 〈4μg/mL and 〉 12μg/mL, the effective rates were 76. 19%, 22.02% and 1.79% respectively. Conclusion Monitoring serum drug concentration gives a scientific basis for adminstrating carbamazepine rationally. |
