过敏性紫癜患儿外周血SIL—2R和T细胞亚群变化的临床意义

目的　探讨过敏性紫癜患儿外周血SIL - 2R和T细胞亚群变化的临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心法ELISA法测定过敏性紫癜 (HSP)患儿外周血可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (SIL - 2R)水平 ,同时用McAb法检测T细胞亚群。结果　急性期HSP患儿血清SIL - 2R水平较对照组和缓解组明显提高 (P分别 <0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ,缓解组SIL - 2R虽有所下降但仍明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且HSP急性期患儿CD3、CD4 、CD8均显著低于对照组 (P分别 <0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ,而在缓解组CD3、CD4 、CD8均向正常方向转化 ,但仍然偏低。由于CD4 、CD8的变化比例不同 ,结果导致CD4 、CD8比例明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　SIL - 2R和T细胞亚群可作为HSP诊断、病情监测及预后判断的参考性指标。

Clinical implication of T cell sub-group changes and peripheral blood SIL-2R of anaphylactoid purpura children

Objectives　To explore clinical implication of T c ell sub-group changes and peripheral blood SIL-2R of anaphylactoid purpura child ren.Methods　Use ELISA to measure the level of peripheral blood S oluble Interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R)of HSP children,at the same time,use McAb to measure T cell sub-group.Results　The serum levels SIL-2R was higher in acute phase that in control and lysis phase(P＜0.01,0. 0 5respectively),Although the levels of SIL-2R descened a little in lysis phase,st ill higher than that of control,and all of CD3、CD4、CD8 were lower in act ue p hase of HSP children than that of control.(P＜0.01，0.05 repectively),while the changeable proportion of CD4、CD8 in lysis group was different,which lead to a h igher ratio of CD4、CD8 (P＜0.05).Conclusions　SIL-2R an d T cell sub-group may be adopted as reference index of diafnosis syndrome monitor and prognosis dete rmination of HSP.
