| 摘 要： | 目的观察三子排痰汤在急慢性呼吸系统疾病中祛痰化痰的效果。方法将86例急、慢性呼吸系统疾病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予三子排痰汤,对照组给予盐酸氨溴索片。观察2组治疗前、治疗后2~5 d的呼吸道症状综合评分变化以及晨痰、24 h痰的体积和质量变化。结果2组治疗后呼吸道症状综合评分较治疗前明显减轻;试验组在治疗第5天症状积分明显优于对照组(P0.001);试验组在治疗后第3,4,5天24 h痰质量及体积较治疗前均明显减少;2组间比较试验组第5天24 h痰质量和体积改善均明显优于对照组(P均0.001)。结论三子排痰汤和盐酸氨溴索均有较好化痰祛痰作用,但前者在症状缓解和化痰祛痰上更具优势。
