负压封闭引流联合髓内钉固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合征的临床疗效

目的探讨负压封闭引流联合髓内钉固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合征的临床效果。方法选择20例接受住院治疗的闭合性胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合征患者,对其进行切开减张、负压封闭引流和髓内钉固定治疗,30 d后观察临床疗效。结果治疗后患者肿痛情况、坏死程度、缺血情况和肌挛缩的评分明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗30 d后,显效15例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率为95.0%。结论负压封闭引流和髓内钉固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合征疗效显著。

Clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with interlocking intramedullary nailing on treating closed tibia and fibula fracture complicated with crus compartment syndrome

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with interlocking intramedullary nailing on treating closed tibia and fibula fracture complicated with crus compartment syndrome. Methods Twenty patients with closed tibia and fibula fracture complicating crus compartment syndrome were selected,and they were treated with opened relieving tension,vacuum sealing drainage and interlocking intramedullary nailing. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after one month. Results After treatment,the score of all disease conditions containing sore pain,degree of mortification,ischemia and sarcous contracture was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. After treating for 30 days,15 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,one case was invalid,the total effective rate was 95. 0%. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with interlocking intramedullary nailing on treating closed tibia and fibula fracture complicated with crus compartment syndrome is significant.
