| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)表达的影响。方法采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑局灶性缺血24h后Hsp70表达,以及电针干预后Hsp70表达的变化。结果大鼠局灶性脑缺血后Hsp70大量表达,电针可上调Hsp70的表达。结论电针能促进缺血后细胞凋亡相关基因Hsp70的表达,可能是其抗缺血性脑损伤的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the influence of electroacupuncture on the expression of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) in focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods The expression of Hsp70 after focal cerebral ischemia for 24h and its changes after treatment with electroacupuncture in rats were detected with immunohistochemical method. Results Electroacupuncture could stimulate the expression of Hsp70 which expressed much after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Conclusion Electroacupuncture can stimulate the expression of Hsp70 which is the gene correlated with cell apoptosis after ischemia. It may be one of the mechanisms of electroacupuncture resisting ischemic cerebral injury. |
