| 摘 要： | 目的研究内皮一氧化氮合酶（eNOS）基因G894T多态与中国云南省汉族（n=304）人群原发性高血压（EH）的相关性.方法采用PCR-RFLP对150名正常个体和154名原发性高血压个体eNOS基因G894T多态进行基因分型.结果正常对照组和高血压组中GG基因型频率分别为0.773、0.636,GT分别为0.2、0.26,TT分别为0.027,0.104.eNOS基因G894T基因型频率分布在正常对照组和高血压组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 eNOS基因G894T多态与中国云南汉族原发性高血压存在相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association between the G894T polymorphism polymorphism and essential hypertension in Han population（n=304 individuals）of Yunnan.Method eNOS genotyping with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was performed in 150 normotensive subjects and 154 essential hypertensive subjects.Results The frequencies of eNOS G894T genotypes in normotensive controls and essential hypertensive cohort were GG：0.773 vs 0.636;GT 0.2 vs 0.26;TT：0.027 vs 0.104 respective.There was a significant difference in G894T genotype distribution between normotensives and hypertensives（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The present study suggests an association between the G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene and essential hypertension in Han group of Yunnan. |
