内固定术与一期小粗隆完整关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

目的：分析隆间骨折内固定术与一期小粗隆完整关节置换术对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者疗效和并发症的影响。方法：随机选取我院收治的2014年1月到2015年4月60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，依据治疗方法不同分两组各30例，采取隆间骨折内固定术为研究组和给予一期小粗隆完整关节置换术为对照组，对临床疗效以及有无发生并发症进行比较。结果：研究组患者与对照组比有明显改善，研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：一期小粗隆完整关节置换术治疗治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折较隆间骨折内固定术的临床疗效更好，可降低并发症的发生。

Effect Observation of Internal Fixation and A Period of Small Diameter and Long Joint Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly

Objective:To analyze the effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture internal fixation and a period of small diameter long joint replacement for the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Randomly selected in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Aprl 2015 60 cases of elderly femoral crude intertrochanteric fracture patients,were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group to difference of according to the treatment methods,take intertrochanteric fracture internal fixation for the study group and given a small tuberosity complete arthroplasty as control group and no complications were compared the clinical curative effect and the.Results:Compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the aged is better, and it can reduce the occurrence of complications.
