抑制T细胞增殖的抗CD98重链单克隆抗体的建立

为了寻找能调节T细胞功能的分子，我们建立了一种单克隆抗体，实验证明其目标分子是CD98重链，同时后续实验显示抗CD98单克隆抗体能抑制纤连蛋白介导的细胞分布，但不影响氨基酸转运。而且混合淋巴细胞反应显示该抗体能显著抑制T细胞增殖反应；因此有望将本抗体用于T细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病的相关预防及治疗中。

The establishment of anti-CD98hc monoclonal that inhibits T cell proliferation

To identify molecules that modulate T cell functions, we have established a monoclonal antibody that recognizes CD98 heavy chain; the next results showed that anti-CD98hc mAb can suppress fibronectin-mediated cell spreading but not amino acid transport. Furthermore, anti-CD98hc mAb significantly suppressed T cell proliferation in mixed lymphocyte reaction. Thus, these results indicated that anti-CD98 mAb may prevent and treat T cell mediated autoimmune diseases in the future.
