| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药外敷治疗乳腺增生病的临床效果。方法：总结2001年至2003年中药外敷乳腺增生病例309例，并设对照组104例，对总有效率，肿块的缩小，乳痛的减轻以及雌二醇及孕酮的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率达97．09％，对照组44．22％，且肿块的缩小，乳痛的减轻及E2、P的变化均有显著差异。结论：中药外敷对乳腺增生病有明显的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical result of using the cure of the Chinese herbal medicine External Application to cure mammary lumps.Method: Make a conclusion from 309 examples of using the Chinese herbal medicine external application to cure mammary lumps between 2001 and 2003,establish a matched group of 104 examples and compare total efficiency, the contraction of lumps, alleviation of aches and the variety of E2 and P.Result: The total efficiency rate of the treatment group reaches 97.09%, and the rate of the matched group is 44.2%. At the same time, there is obvious difference in the contraction of lumps, alleviation of aches and the change of E2 and P between them.Conclusion: The Chinese Herbal Medicine External Application has obvious efficiency to cure mammary lumps. |
