| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定利福平乳膏的含量。方法采用C18柱为固定相（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,乙腈-pH7.0磷酸盐缓冲液（40∶60）为流动相,检测波长为334 nm。结果浓度在40.16～200.8 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=0.2%（n=3）。结论该法具有操作简便、结果准确的优点。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for the quantitative analysis of rifampicin cream by HPLC.Method C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-sodium dihydrogen phosphate with pH 7.0（40∶60）.The detection wave length was 334 nm.Results The calibration curves of rifampicin was linear in the range of 40.16～200.8 mg·L^-1.The average recovery was 99.95%.RSD was 0.2%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of rifampicin cream. |
